Het Maison des Poires,

This century-old house with its thick stone walls , many beams and fireplace is suitable for a peaceful enjoyment with 6 people . From your seats outside you have a panoramic view over the meadows with oak and fruit trees . You can enjoy the many birds and beautiful starry sky , without having the mosquitoes . There is a barbecue available .

• It has a spacious living room with sitting and dining area and cozy décor with a radio - CD player and TV for watching DVDs.
• The kitchen is made of oak planks and a French sink , there is a coffee maker, kettle, microwave , fridge- freezer and ceramic hob
• The bathroom with sink, toilet , shower and hair dryer adjoins the living room.
• Upstairs is a double room , a triple room and an extra bed on the landing . The bedrooms have an open character , so you can enjoy the old beams of the roof .

Wifi is to be received in the courtyard . There are soccer goals for kids, trampolines , go-karts , a climbing frame , playhouse etc. A lake with a sandy beach and playground is nearby and your pet is welcome .

You can use the Maison des Poires for rent;
€ 560, - a week in July and August.
€ 420, - per week in the remaining months of the year.
In July and August the changeover is on Saturday .

There is a possibility to rent bed linen and towels for € 10 , - pp
The final cleaning is to outsource for € 100 , -
Deposit € 100 , -
Electricity is included in the price.
To use the washer , we ask € 3 , -
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge .
For the use of the wood stoves we ask € 14 , - per day.
